Chic Condos on Playa del Carmen's Famed 5th Ave

La ubicación no podría ser mejor, a pocos pasos de restaurantes, tiendas y transporte público. El apartamento era muy limpio y tenía todo lo necesario para una estancia confortable

great location and comfy place! one bedroo is on the main street... a quiet part of the strip but the restaurant below closes around midnight so you may hear some faint chatting until then which didnt bother us. you can t beat this location though. AC blows a little loud but we are deep sleepers. the front desk service there is awesome, parking elevtaor goes almost staright to the apartment which is convenient. i recommend this place!

Estancia muy agradable y recomendable, cumple con todo lo que se ofrece, las instalaciones impecables, estábamos literalmente hospedados en la quinta avenida lo cual fue maravilloso, en una zona tranquila y muy bonita, agradezco a Jaret su atención y siempre estuvo pendiente ante cualquier duda y su respuesta siempre fue rápida, sin duda un alojamiento increíble y 100% recomendable. Sin duda regresaré.

Location, Location, Location! The place is absolutely massive with an incredible spot at 38th and 5th. I can’t say enough about my family’s first time in Playa Del Carmen and thanks to this great listing that has left a lasting impression on them. We would definitely return. It is perfect for small families or big families. We were a group of six with two adults, two teenagers and two children. Highly recommended!

have stayed in multiple units from this host at this building and everytime is clean, comfortable and just right for our needs. staff is very nice and ability to store luggage is very helpful.

The condo was very spacious, and in a great location. Right on 5th, close to the beach. Many restaurants nearby. Taxis nearby, and can book many activities right next door.

Recomendado al 1000%, estuvimos 10 días un grupo de 4 adultos y 4 niños y la comodidad del departamento es maravillosa, todo muy limpio, cerca de la playa, lugares ricos para comer o para poder abastecerte para tu estadía. Jaret muy atento a todas nuestras consultas y eso se agradece mucho. Volveríamos totalmente.

la casa es muy bonita , con mucho espacio y equipada con todo lo necesario perfecta para 6,7,8 o 9 personas tiene una gran ubicación y cumple con lo que promete sin duda se queda en mis hospedajes favoritos y que recomendaré a mis conocidos

Departamento súper amplio. Éramos 6 y nos instalamos perfecto. Cada habitación con baño. Todo limpio. Ordenado. Decoración preciosa. Cuenta con 2 terrazas amplias. Súper ubicación. Esperamos volver pronto.

I have been coming here since Covid with my kids and we love it here - The entire process by checking in and getting situated is so easy. Everyone is so kind and helpful- We arrived passed 3 am and the check in process was easy . We had a rental car and the parking downstairs was secure and easy! The unit is always kept so clean and well organized. We loved all the glass windows 🪟 The kitchen has everything you need to make Breakfast, lunch and dinner. We went to Walmart and got groceries and came back and cooked ( it was amazing) We loved all the space ! Definitely you would love the pool and how close is everything! You won’t regret it I will be back next year ❤️
