House Rules

1.) No smoking or vaping anything inside. 2.) Do not wear your shoes inside the house. 3.) Keep the property and furnishings in good condition. 4.) Don’t rearrange any of the furniture or artwork. 5.) Don't stick or tape anything to the walls or ceiling, it damages the paint. 6.) Be considerate and treat our home as if it were your own. 7.) We understand that accidents happen. If you damage something by mistake, please let us know. 8.) No Parties! We define parties as anything else that may disturb our neighbors. 9.) Only guests mentioned in the booking may stay past 11:00 pm. 10.) Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise levels at a minimum and turn off any music after 11:00 pm, especially when on the patios. 11.) Don’t open the doors and windows when the air conditioning is on. Just ask me to raise or lower the temperature for you. 12.) No pets allowed. 13.) Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. 14.) Please respect check-in and check-out times.

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Treat the space with respect and if you have any issues please tell me, not the front desk. They work for the building, not for me. Daily Housekeeping is included and fresh towels and linens are available as needed for an additional cost. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Suited our needs perfectly. A great seafood place opposite on 38......Mariskinky. If your using a car, and need to park it, make sure you watch the video. Winging it is not an option. Thanks Jaret for letting us stay in your accommodation. Hopefully see you next year.

Excelente alojamiento, super recomendado para quienes busquen un espacio tranquilo pero también céntrico a Playa del Carmen. 10/10 el servicio. Sin duda alguna volvería a reservar. En todo momento están al pendiente y te guían para cuando estés por llegar al alojamiento.

We had a great stay at Jaret's. Very great location - close to plenty of great restaurants and the beach, yet quiet at night. His instructions made it very easy to find the place, and the staff at the entrance were incredibly friendly. Jaret is also very responsive to any needs. We would stay here again.

Excelente ubicación, en plena 5º avenida, cerca de todo. El alojamiento es un estudio muy ameno, bien equipado, muy seguro y los conserjes son muy amables. Jaret es muy atento, contesta de inmediato, tiene muy buena disposición y es muy claro para orientar. Totalmente recomendado para quienes quieren disfrutar de Playa del Carmen a full.

Everything was wonderful! Check in was easy, everything was clean, place was right near the action but just far enough so bedtime was nice and quiet. Would definitely recommend if you need to stay in the area!

Jared was very responsive and had excellent instructions on checking in. The building is in in the heart of 5th avenue., making it very walkable. Despite it being in the middle of the action,it was very quiet at night.
