Van dos veces que me hospedó con Jared, tiene muy buena ubicación, es tranquilo y acogedor y en temporada baja tiene excelentes precios! La zona es de mis favoritas y la playa es la más tranquila. Sin duda buscaré de nuevo el departamento para próximas visitas.

Departamento muy acogedor con espacios amplios y limpios que te hacen sentir en casa, está en una zona perfecta para caminar con todo los servicios necesarios cerca, la playa se encuentra a dos cuadras lo cual lo hace aún mejor, sin duda nos volveríamos a alojar en este airbnb

Excelente ubicación muy cerca a todo, un departamento muy lindo y espacioso . Jaret fue un excelente anfitrión de inicio a fin , contestaba muy rápido las preguntas que le hacía y era súper amigable , la verdad quedamos muy satisfechos con mi familia tanto por el servicio como por el lugar , definitivamente volveríamos!

The stay was wonderful. We didn’t want our time there to end. It was spotless, spacious, and had everything you could possibly need during vacation. We were 5 minutes away from the beach and seconds away from the most famous street in Playa del Carmen. The space is absolutely beautiful! It was also super close to convenience stores which is nice! This Airbnb was definitely one of the highlights of our trip.

Me gustó mucho el alojamiento, me gustó la ubicación, justo en la 5ta Av. Pero sin el ruido de los bares, muy amable y las indicaciones para la llegada fueron muy precisas. Me volvería a hospedar ahí.

Perfect location. Quite at night but close to a party if you want it. Very clean and well put together apartment with tons of space. The host jaret was extremely helpful with directions to find place and easy seamless check in. We were very happy with all the restaurant recommendations also. Over all amazing place to stay and can’t wait to come back!!

From day one the communication was positive. Any issues were dealt with immediately. TV went down and we had a new one installed in 36 hours. Wanted to return if February 2027 but if was already booked. Highly recommend Jaret and the property.

Nous avons bien utilisé les accessoires de cuisine. Le lit très confortable. Belle toilette avec shampoing et savon etc. Terrasse très confortable avec un charbon très accommodant. Absolument parfait nous avons bien aimé nos vacances. Merci Jaret pour le bien-être des lieux.

Great spot for me and my friends to relax for the night. It’s right downtown and a 10 min walk from the beach as well through some beautiful streets. Highly recommend.

This was place was perfectly located! Not even noisy right off Calle 5. A perfect place to come back to after a day of adventuring at Xcaret park. I would stay here again absolutely and recommend it to others.
